Efficient cooperation between government, management, and labor stakeholders is essential to the orderly functioning of any economy. The duchy owes its prosperity to careful stewardship of its abundant resources and talented workforce. The passage of the Right to Work Edict has reaped unprecedented gains in productivity. The fact that there have been no labor strikes since the law was promulgated is proof that worker satisfaction is at an all-time high, and has nothing to do with the fact that the duchy stopped counting incidences of labor strikes when the law was enacted.
